1. What Imtihanak is

Imtihanak is an independent exam preparation platform for the DHA Beauty Therapy and DHA Laser Technician licensing exams. Imtihanak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and references to "DHA" describe which official exam our content is mapped to, not an official relationship. Using Imtihanak does not guarantee that you will pass any DHA exam, and does not replace any official DHA requirement, registration, or training you must separately complete.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• Each account is licensed for use on one active device at a time. Switching devices consumes one of a limited number of device changes allowed on your account; once that limit is reached, further device changes require contacting support.

3. Course access and payments

• Course purchases are processed through our payment processor, MamoPay. By purchasing, you also agree to MamoPay's applicable terms for that transaction.
• Each course grants access for the duration stated on the course at the time of purchase. Access is not guaranteed to continue beyond that period.
• Unless required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable once course access has been granted. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@imtihanak.com and we will review it.

4. Content protection and acceptable use

Questions, lessons, reviewers, and all other study material on Imtihanak are our copyrighted content or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation only. You agree not to copy, screenshot, record, redistribute, resell, or publish this content.

To enforce this, the app detects screenshots and screen recordings taken while viewing questions or lessons. Detections are logged to your account and trigger an escalating, temporary lockout of practice content on your account: 1 minute on the first detection, 5 minutes on the second, 30 minutes on the third, and 60 minutes on each detection after that. This applies regardless of which device you use. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly trigger these protections, attempt to circumvent them, or otherwise redistribute or misuse our content, without refund.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that our content is fully exhaustive of everything a DHA exam may cover, or that use of the Service will result in passing any exam.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imtihanak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including the content-protection rules in Section 4.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
